Clarence “Bucky” McGill: My Experiences at Syracuse University
Growing up in Binghamton, I was a superb athlete and popular student. I never experienced racism until I stepped on campus at Syracuse University. Despite our potential professional athletic careers, eight other teammates and I reached a breaking point and decided to take a stand against injustices and conditions we faced on and off the field.
